01How long does delivery take?
Books ship within two working days and arrive in three to five days in the UK, and five to ten abroad.
02Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes. Every parcel can be wrapped in kraft paper with a printed card, free of charge.
03What is your returns policy?
Unread books can be returned within thirty days for a full refund.
04Can I order a signed copy?
Some titles are signed. Look for the badge on the book page.
05Do you have an e-book?
Not yet. We believe in paper, and so do most of our readers.
01Do you accept unsolicited manuscripts?
Yes, twice a year, in March and September. Send a letter, a synopsis and fifty pages.
02How long will I wait?
About twelve weeks. Every submission is read by two editors.
03Do you publish debut authors?
Most of our books are by writers publishing for the first or second time.
04What do you pay?
A modest advance and a fair share of every copy sold, with translators receiving a matching share.
